This project has been in the works for a quite a while. It’s a book/brochure for lake property on Priest Lake in Idaho. My client wanted the piece to have an outdoorsy/cabin feel. The finished printed brochure is quite nice. It’s a chart fold brochure with staggered pages, a folder pocket, business card slits, embossed and varnished cover logo, and a folded poster/map is inserted in the pocket. This was a fun challenge to design. I also created an online flash flipbook based on the brochure.

A good friend of mine, owns and operates a commercial flooring business. He’s a great guy and was even one of my groomsmen in my wedding. He asked me to update his logo and after several rounds of revisions and concept changes we arrived at the logo above. I think it turned out great and he loves it.
